The good news is that you can get rid of bloating easily by following some simple home remedies. Here are the five most effective ones.
Gently massaging your abdomen can also help to move the gas to the lower abdomen and pass it out of the body. The massage has to be done in a specific way, following the path of the large intestine to get a quick result. Place the hands above the right hip bone and rub in a circular motion with light hands towards the side of the ribcage. Repeat the process for a while.

A long relaxing warm bath is also an effective remedy for getting rid of bloating. The heat of the warm bath can provide relief for a sore abdomen and also help you pass the gas build-up. Doing this can even help to reduce your stress level and improve the effectiveness of your GI tract.
If you often suffer from the problem of bloating, increase the intake of fiber in your diet. Eating more fiber in a day can bulk up the stool and reduce the risk of bloating and constipation. The recommended daily fiber intake is 25 grams for females and 38 grams for males. One can easily meet the requirement by including more veggies and fruits in diet.

Yes, there are some foods and beverages that can help you with the problem of bloating and eating them when feeling fuller can help to release the gas. First of all, increase your water intake. You can also try green tea. Besides, bananas are excellent for those suffering from the problem of bloating. Fennel seeds and yoghurt are also helpful.
When feeling stuffed or bloated, perform light exercises like walking or yoga. Moving your body contracts the stomach muscles and releases excess gas from the gastrointestinal tract. It can make you feel lighter and relaxed within a few minutes. Wind-Relieving pose, Child’s pose and Seated Forward Bend are easy yoga poses, well suited to get rid of the problem of bloating.
